摘 要:考虑N-k故障约束的调度方法能够保证系统在N-k故障下的安全运行,但是其经济性往往较差。引入FACTS设备以控制N-k故障下系统的潮流,可以提升系统运行灵活性,降低系统运行费用。基于此建立了计及FACTS控制的N-k故障约束的两阶段鲁棒机组组合模型。由于所提模型为两阶段三层的混合整数线性优化问题,无法直接求解。提出了基于嵌套式列生成的双层分解循环算法以求解该问题:上层循环将原问题分为主子问题,迭代求解;下层循环用于求解子问题,以寻找最严重场景。采用了6节点系统和修正的IEEE RTS-79系统对所提模型与算法进行了验证。The N-k contingency constrained economic dispatch method guarantees the system stability and security while N-k contingency occurs.However,the introduction of N-k contingency leads to a higher operation cost.Flexible AC transmission system(FACTS)devices are adopted to control the power flow following N-k contingencies,which helps enhance system flexibility.An N-k contingency-constrained two-stage robust unit commitment with FACTS is thus proposed.Since this model is a two-stage tri-level mixed integer linear optimization problem that cannot be solved directly,a two-level solution method based on the nested column-and-constraint generation(Nested C&CG)is proposed.The upper level decomposes the primal problem into master problem and subproblem.The lower level is used to solve the subproblem and obtain the worst scenario.The proposed model and solution technique are tested on a six-bus and a modified IEEE RTS-79 system.The numerical results show the effectiveness of the proposed model and solution method.
