摘　　要：塑料管材综合性能优异,广泛应用于城乡建设的各个领域。随着管材行业的发展,对管材性能的要求也越来越高,塑料管材加工方式也在不断发展。本文说明了塑料管材应用领域,介绍了管材的挤出成型生产方法,概括了塑料管材行业现状,探讨了传统管材加工方式存在的不足,阐明了开发新型管材生产工艺的必要性和重要性,从定义、原理、结构、管材性能等方面综述了塑料管材振动挤出、旋转挤出、固相拉拔和缠绕成型加工工艺的研究进展,最后对管材加工未来的发展趋势进行了总结与展望。The comprehensive performance of plastic pipes are excellent,widely used in urban and rural construction in various fields.With the development of the pipe industry,both the high-performance pipes and the advanced pipe processing methods are highly desired.This paper describes the application field of plastic pipe,introduces the extrusion molding production method of plastic pipe,reveals the necessity and importance of developing new pipe fabricating methods,give a brief review on the definition,principles,structure and performance of the vibration extrusion,rotation extrusion,solid-phase die-drawing and filament winding Finally,the development trend of pipe processing in the future is summarized and prospected.
