摘　　要：目的:研究全球心室辅助装置(VAD)领域的发明专利,分析揭示技术创新态势,为VAD领域的研发提供信息支撑。方法:采用专利分析方法,从技术创新时间趋势、技术创新热点、技术创新国家和地区以及主要竞争对手等角度,对智慧芽专利数据库收录的VAD发明专利进行分析,揭示VAD领域的发展态势。结果:VAD领域目前共有发明专利申请1197组(共2553件),已授权617组(1206件),创新力持续提升;技术创新聚焦于血泵设计、植入技术、改善流体力学以及控制与监测系统,其中血泵设计是全球VAD领域专利申请最多的技术方向;而美国引领全球VAD领域的技术创新,美国企业技术创新最为活跃,雅培、美敦力等全球领先企业在全球主要市场广泛布局专利;中国医学科学院阜外医院技术开发相对活跃,海外市场开拓能力有待提高。结论:从全球视角分析VAD领域的专利技术布局,能够揭示VAD领域的技术创新态势,为我国VAD领域的研发提供信息支撑。Objective:To study the invention patents of globally ventricular assist devices(VAD)field,and analyze and reveal the trend of technological innovation,so as to provided information support for the research and development of VAD field.Methods:Patent analysis method was adopted to analyze the VAD invention patents,which were included by pat-snap patent database,from the temporal trend of technological innovation,the hotspot of technological innovation,the countries and territories of technological innovation,the major competitors and other aspects,and to reveal the development trend of VAD field.Results:At present,there are 1197 groups(2553 pieces)of invention patent applications in VAD field,and 617 groups(1206 pieces)had obtained authorizations,and the innovation capacity of this field was continuously increased.And the technological innovation of that focused on the design of blood pump,implantation technology,improvement of fluid mechanics,and control and monitoring systems.Among of them,the design of blood pump was the most of technical directions of patent application in globally VAD field.The United States leaded the technological innovation in global VAD field,and the technological innovation of American enterprise are the most active.Global leading companies such as Abbott and Medtronic have widely planned patents in globally main markets.Fuwai Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences is relatively active in technological development,but the ability of overseas markets exploration needs to be improved.Conclusion:This research analyzed the layout of patent technique of VAD field from global perspective,and it can reveal the trend of technique innovation of VAD field so as to provide information support for the research and development of VAD field in China.
