摘  要:目的:设计基于标准化函数与布尔逻辑的新型自动审核系统,提高医院实验室自动审核效率。方法:将自动审核中涉及到的样本信息划分为分析前、分析中和分析后的各种要素进行标准化并形成标准化函数,然后采用布尔逻辑和多种运算符联合多个标准化函数形成规则表达式,通过表达式解析引擎实现规则表达式的计算并判断检验结果是否通过审核。结果:基于标准化函数与布尔逻辑的新型自动审核系统通过规则表达式的编写实现了多种复杂的自动审核规则设置,有效扩充了输入数据,提高了实验室自动审核通过率。结论:基于标准化函数与布尔逻辑的自动审核系统能够克服传统系统的诸多不足,为各医院开发自动审核系统提供参考,能够提高医院实验室信息系统的智能化和标准化水平。Objective:To design a new type of automatic auditing system based on standard function and Boolean logic to improve the efficiency of automatic auditing.Methods:The sample information involved in automatic auditing was divided into pre-analytical,intra-analytical and post-analytical factors.Normalized function was defined starting with"$"and function input parameters were normalized by’{}’and form a standardized function.Boolean logic and multiple operators were used to combine standardized functions to form regular expressions,and the expression parsing engine was used to calculate rule expressions and judge whether inspection results pass the review.Results:The new automatic auditing system based on standardized function and Boolean logic realized the setup of complicated automatic audit rules by programming rule expression,effectively enlarged the input data and improved the pass rate of automatic audit in laboratory.Conclusion:The automatic auditing system based on standardized function and Boolean logic can overcome the disadvantages of traditional system,provide reference for developing automatic auditing system in hospitals and can improve the level of intelligence and standardization of laboratory information system.
