摘　　要：全装修是绿色建筑标识的前提要求,装修时段的天气情况和装修后的养护情况对装修质量有重要的影响。大型建筑工程在施工历时长、分步完工的复杂条件下,交付阶段装修质量事故时有发生,因此其装修时段的选择和装修后养护尤其值得关注。为规避此类装修质量风险,研究提出12座典型城市基于受潮发霉风险评估的装修适宜时段,并提出交付期装修受潮发霉风险应对策略建议和养护要点建议。Full decoration is the prerequisite for green building identification. The weather conditions during the decoration period and the maintenance after decoration have significant impacts on the decoration quality. Under the complex conditions of long construction duration and step-by-step completion of large-scale construction projects, decoration quality accidents often occur in the delivery stage. Therefore, the selection of decoration period and maintenance after decoration are particularly noteworthy. In order to avoid this kind of decoration quality risks, this paper has studied and put forward the appropriate decoration period in 12 typical cities based on the risk assessment of damp and mildew, and proposed keypoints regarding countermeasures and maintenance towards the risk of damp and mildew in the decoration during the delivery period.
