摘　　要：本文根据建筑智能化系统工程的特点,分析了项目实施中存在的问题及原因。针对建筑智能化系统的验收,总结了验收的程序,并从工程质量、工程资料和系统功能三个方面阐述了具体的验收方法。According to the engineering characteristics of building intelligent system, this paper analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the project implementation. In view of the acceptance of intelligent building system, the acceptance procedure is summarized, and the concrete acceptance method is expounded from three aspects of project quality, project data and system function.
