摘　　要：壮大农村集体经济是实现共同富裕的重要举措。为了更好地推进共同富裕,文章中提出了建立“资源换股权”模式,并总结了实践经验,希望可以为壮大村集体经济、助推共同富裕提供借鉴。Strengthening the rural collective economy is an important measure to achieve common prosperity.In order to better promote common prosperity,this paper proposes to establish a"resource-for-equity"model,and summarizes the practical experience,hoping to provide reference for strengthening the village collective economy to promote common prosperity.
