摘  要:可靠性分配是数控机床可靠性优化设计的重要任务,传统上可靠性分配方法存在分配影响因子单一和主观经验过多等缺陷。为了解决这些问题,运用主客观相结合的方法,综合考虑了多种影响因素,根据影响因素重要性给予不同的直觉梯形模糊数,运用最大熵有序加权算子(ME-OWA)赋予影响因素有序的权重最后综合多位专家判断,利用逼近理想点排序法(TOPSIS)来灵活分配子系统的可靠性。通过以数控机床八个子系统例分析并且与传统的FOO与模糊分配方法比较,证明了所提出的方法有效性、准确性。Reliability distribution is an important task of the reliability optimization design of CNC machine tools.Traditional reliability distribution methods have defects such as single distribution influence factor and excessive subjective experience.In order to solve these problems,a combination of subjective and objective methods is used to comprehensively consider a variety of influencing factors.According to the importance of the influencing factors,different intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers are given,and the maximum entropy ordered weighting operator(ME-OWA)is used to assign the influencing factors.The ordered weight is finally integrated with multiple expert judgments,and the reliability of the subsystem is flexibly allocated using the approach to ideal point sorting method(TOPSIS).Through the analysis of eight subsystems of CNC machine tools and the comparison with the traditional FOO and fuzzy allocation methods,the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method are proved.
