摘  要:针对不能通过往复驱动流体磨料而采取单向磨料流加工工艺进行抛光的零件,首次揭示了沿着料流方向被加工孔道表面的粗糙度改善逐渐减弱的问题。分析确定从介观尺度研究单个磨粒的工作过程,采用CFD仿真,解析单向磨料流加工工艺的技术特性,包括速度、入口非稳定流动等随粘度变化的特性;使用Central Composite Design方法取值,通过仿真分析以及参数拟合,得出了预判加工孔道极限长度的判据;最后,分别用长度为80 mm、140 mm,内径为0.8 mm的不锈钢毛细管进行了实验验证,并指出必要时可增加掉头加工工序、适当减小压力或选用小粒径磨料等提高抛光质量的措施。For the parts that can only be polished by one-way abrasive flow machining technology because the viscoelastic abrasive mixture cannot be extruded through the surface to be processed back and forth, it is the first time to reveal the problem that the surface roughness of the processed hole along the mixture flow direction is gradually weakened.This paper analyzes the working process of a single abrasive particle from a mesoscopic scale, and uses CFD simulation to analyze the technical characteristics of the one-way abrasive flow machining process, including the characteristics of speed and unsteady flow dependent on viscosity.The Central Composite Design method is used to determine the simulation experimental value, and through simulation analysis and parameter fitting, the criterion for predicting the limit length of the processing hole is obtained.Finally, experiments were carried out using stainless steel capillaries with a length of 80 mm and 140 mm, and an inner diameter of 0.8 mm, respectively, and pointed out that if necessary, measures to improve the polishing quality such as increasing the turning process, appropriately reducing the pressure or selecting small size abrasives.
