摘 要:针对目前废弃线路板芯片回收设备在国内不能实现全自动切割以及无法适应多种规格的线路板和芯片尺寸的问题,设计了一种废弃线路板自动拆解设备,分析了该机构的组成及其工作步骤,编写了具体的识别系统,设计了控制系统的总体架构,并给出切割作业的控制流程。根据现场切割实验表明,该废弃线路板芯片回收设备实现了全自动化,可适应不同尺寸的线路板板型和不同大小的芯片等高值电子器件的自动化回收设备。达到了设计目标,满足国内的要求。Aiming at the problem that the waste circuit board chip recycling equipment can’t realize automatic cutting and can’t adapt to a variety of specifications of circuit board and chip size in China,an automatic dismantling equipment for waste circuit board is designed,the composition and working steps of the mechanism are analyzed,the specific identification system is compiled,the overall structure of the control system is designed,and the control method of cutting operation is given The system flow.According to the field cutting experiment,the waste PCB chip recycling equipment has realized full automation,and can adapt to the automatic recycling equipment of high-value electronic devices such as different sizes of PCB and chips.The design goal is achieved and the domestic requirements are met.
