摘  要:立足于从底层环节减少浪费与污染,降低生产成本,实现生产加工环节的绿色化,对绿色制造车间优化方案的评估选择进行了研究。从5个方面建立制造车间的优选模型,采用三角模糊数学理论分层次进行分析;其次考虑到层次赋权的主观性,掺入了CRITIC法的客观权重因素,对各指标进行叠加授权,得到各指标所占权重;最后通过TOPSIS法比较各优化方案的理想程度,选择最合理的优化方案,并以某科技企业附属的基础配件的底层生产加工车间优化方案选择为例,证明该算法的可行性。In order to reduce waste and pollution from the bottom link, reduce production costs, and realize the green production and processing link, this paper studies the evaluation and selection of green manufacturing workshop optimization scheme, establishes the optimization model of manufacturing workshop from five aspects, uses triangular fuzzy mathematics theory to analyze hierarchically, and then takes into account the subjectivity of hierarchical weighting, and adds the objective value of critical method Finally, the TOPSIS method is used to compare the ideal degree of each optimization scheme, and the most reasonable optimization scheme is selected.Finally, the feasibility of the algorithm is proved by taking the optimization scheme selection of the underlying production and processing workshop of a science and technology enterprise as an example.
