摘 要:不同的现实评价问题中属性关系有所不同,直接采用单一的评价过程存在不足。文章通过属性关系分析并基于几何视角对比了三种主要综合评价方法——简单加权法、TOPSIS和灰色评价法,结果显示:在三种主要综合评价方法中,TOPSIS方法是最符合实际属性关系的方法;以TOPSIS法为基础拓展了广义综合评价模型;广义综合评价模型突破了传统方法二次加权的局限,进行了第三次加权;广义综合评价模型具有理论上的合理性、系统上的完备性、技术上的简洁性、运用上的广泛性等良好特征;实际案例表明了广义综合评价模型的有效性。Attribute relations are different in different practical evaluation problems, so it is insufficient to adopt single evaluation process directly. This paper compares three main comprehensive evaluation methods—simple additive weighting method,TOPSIS method and grey evaluation method based on the attribute relation analysis and geometric perspective. The results are shown as follows: TOPSIS method is the most consistent with the actual attribute relation among the three main comprehensive evaluation methods;The generalized comprehensive evaluation model is extended based on TOPSIS method;The generalized comprehensive evaluation model breaks through the limitation of the traditional method of second weighting and carries on the third weighting;The generalized comprehensive evaluation model has good characteristics, such as rationality in theory, completeness in system, simplicity in technology and universality in application;A practical case shows the effectiveness of the generalized comprehensive evaluation model.
