摘  要:文章基于2008—2017年中国省级面板数据,使用区位熵测算各省份产业集聚程度,采用"纵横向"拉开档次法测度环境污染指数,通过构建GTWR模型考察产业集聚、人口规模对于环境污染的影响及空间异质性。结果表明:中国省域环境污染差异性与关联性并存,环境污染指数整体表现为"东强西弱"的态势;产业集聚、人口规模对于环境污染的影响呈现明显的时空非平稳性及异质性;各区域两要素对环境污染的影响系数时序波动方向以及作用强度不同;系数时变形态不同,呈现"倒U"型、下降等变化态势;系数空间分布呈现东、中、西部梯度变化的格局。Based on China’s provincial panel data from 2008 to 2017, this paper uses location entropy to measure the degree of industrial agglomeration in each province, and then employs the“vertical and horizontal”level separation method to measure the environmental pollution index. Finally, the paper constructs a GTWR model to investigate and the spatial heterogeneity the impact of industrial agglomeration and population size on environmental pollution. The results show that both the differences and correlations of provincial environmental pollution coexist in China, with the overall environmental pollution index showing a trend of“strong in the east and weak in the west”, that the effects of industrial agglomeration and population size on environmental pollution takes on obvious non-stationarity and heterogeneity in time and space, that the temporal fluctuation direction and intensity of the influence coefficients of the two factors on environmental pollution are different in each region, that the time-varying forms of coefficients are different, showing an“inverted-U”shape and decreasing trend, and that the spatial distribution of coefficients shows a gradient pattern of east, central and west.
