摘  要:炼铁厂烧结一次混合机湿式除尘器运行效率低、除尘管道易堵塞、设备使用寿命短、除尘器吸力不足,造成大量废气粉尘外扬,配套传输皮带处于敞开式,该生产区域废气粉尘得不到合理的控制。推进实施钢铁行业超低排放是推动行业高质量发展、促进产业转型升级、助力打赢蓝天保卫战的重要举措(环大气[2019]35号)。特研究出适合一混及传输皮带粉尘超低排放治理技术,对烧结一混及传输皮带粉尘超低排放治理技术及工艺提升改进具有重要的研究意义。The wet dust collector of bantering primary mixer in iron making plant has low operation efficiency,easy blockage of dust removal pipeline,short service life of equipment,insufficient suction of dust collector,resulting in a large amount of waste gas and dust flying out.The supporting transmission belt is open,and the waste gas and dust in this production area can not be reasonably controlled.Promoting the implementation of ultra-low emission in the iron and steel industry is an important measure to promote the high-quality development of the industry,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and help win the blue sky Defense War(Han atmospheric[2019]No.35).The ultra-low dust emission control technology suitable for primary mixing and transmission belt is specially studied,which has important research significance for the improvement of bantering primary mixing and transmission belt dust ultra-low emission control technology and process improvement.
