摘  要:四川山鹧鸪Arborophila rufipectus是中国特有的珍稀濒危鸟类。本研究对1只成年雄性四川山鹧鸪个体的心脏、肝脏和肾脏进行了转录组测序、组装和注释。其原始序列过滤后分别产生了5.70 G、4.60 G和5.16 G数据。286661条转录本经过Trinity组装并去掉冗余后共得到234488个基因。BUSCO评估组装完整性为97.6%。81.29%的unigenes不包含开放阅读框(ORF),16.43%的包含1个ORF,而2.28%的包含2个及以上ORF。70737个基因在NR、GO、KEGG、Swiss和COG数据库获得注释结果,占比30.17%,其中NR数据库的注释结果占比最高(29.27%),而COG数据库的注释结果最低(4.37%)。5个数据库共同注释到的基因6998个,NR数据库中单独注释到的基因最多(23773个)。本研究为四川山鹧鸪功能基因的挖掘提供了基础数据,并为保护该物种提供了遗传数据。Sichuan hill-partridge(Arborophila rufipectus)is a rare and endangered bird endemic to China.In this study,transcriptome sequencing,assembly and annotation was performed on the heart,liver and kidney of one male adult individual.The heart,liver and kidney produced 5.70 G,4.60 G and 5.16 G data respectively after filtration.In total,234488 genes were assembled by Trinity after redundancy removed from 286661 transcripts.BUSCO assessed the assembly integrity as 97.6%.81.29%of unigenes contained no open reading frame(ORF),16.43%contained 1 ORF,and 2.28%contained 2 or more ORFs.70737 genes were annotated in the NR,GO,KEGG,Swiss and COG databases,accounting for 30.17%,of which the NR database accounted for the highest proportion(29.27%),and the COG database had the least annotation results(4.37%).There are 6998 genes annotated in all 5 databases,and the NR database had the most individually annotated genes(23773).This research provides basic data for exploring of the functional genes of A.rufipectus,and provides genetic data for the conservation of this species.
