摘  要:现阶段,由于气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(简称GIS)受环境温度、自身通电后产生的温度的变化而使GIS金属壳体产生热伸缩,极大影响通电稳定性及安全性,因此在金属壳体增设波纹管来消除这种隐患。但不同厂家生产的GIS设备中波纹管的尺寸不同,使波纹管伸缩量必须按不同厂家的波纹管来配置不同的量尺,而无法用同种量尺进行测量。介绍了一种新型可调式量尺的设计与应用,能同时满足对不同厂家GIS设备中波纹管伸缩量进行实时测量。At present,the gas insulated switchgear(GIS)metal shell is thermally expanded due to the change of environmental temperature and temperature after power-on,which greatly affects the power-on stability and safety.Therefore,the corrugated pipes are added to the metal shell to eliminate this hidden danger.However,the dimensions of bellows in GIS equipment produced by different manufacturers are also different,which makes it necessary to configure different scales according to the bellows of different manufacturers,instead of using the same scale for measurement.This paper introduces the design and application of a scale,that can simultaneously meet the real-time measurement of bellows expansion in GIS equipment of different manufacturers.
