抚触护理结合自然照护技术预防老年患者皮肤撕裂伤的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨抚触护理结合自然照护技术对预防长期卧床老年患者皮肤撕裂伤的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至12月住院的长期卧床老年患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用抚触护理结合自然照护技术进行干预。比较两组患者皮肤撕裂伤发生情况和舒适度。结果干预后观察组患者的皮肤撕裂伤发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01),舒适度得分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论运用抚触护理结合自然照护技术能够有效预防长期卧床老年患者皮肤撕裂伤的发生,提高患者舒适度。Objective To explore the preventive effect of touch nursing combined with natural care technology on skin tears in long-term bedridden elderly patients.Methods The elderly patients hospitalized for long-term bedridden from March to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group was treated with touch nursing combined with natural care technology.The occurrence of skin laceration and comfort scores were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the incidence of skin tears in observation group was statistically lower than control group(P<0.01),the comfort scores in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of touch nursing combined with natural care technology can effectively reduce the occurrence of skin tears and improve comfort scores in long-term bedridden elderly patients.
