摘　　要：目的构建针对成批化学伤院内急救的护理人力资源调配流程。方法采用文献分析和半结构化深入访谈草拟初稿,运用Delphi法及专家小组论证会议,形成成批化学伤院内急救护理人力资源调配流程。结果3轮函询问卷回收率分别是95.45%、100.00%、100.00%,专家权威系数分别为0.840、0.866、0.881,各条目必要性评分和可行性评分CV均<0.25,最终形成了包括评估人力资源需求、获取人力资源、合理分配人力资源3个一级条目和10个二级条目的成批化学伤院内急救人力资源调配流程。结论成批化学伤医院内急救护理人力资源调配流程具有专科特色明显、可操作性强等特点,可为医院护理管理者参与成批化学伤急救提供指导,也能为相关培训演练提供参考依据。Objective To construct an emergency nursing human resource allocation flow for mass chemical casualties in hospitals.Methods The first draft was developed based on literature analysis and semi-structured in-depth interviews,then the Delphi method and expert consultation were adopted to determine the content of nursing human resource allocation flow.Results The three-round Delphi method had positive coefficients of 95.45%,100.00%and 100.00%,and the authoritative coefficient was 0.840,0.866,0.881 respectively,as well as all the variation coefficients of the entry system were less than 0.25 in aspects of necessity and feasibility.Finally,an emergency human resource allocation process entry system for mass chemical casualties was formed,which consisted of three first-level items(including assessment human resource requirements,access to human resources and rational allocation of human resources)and ten second-level items.Conclusion The emergency nursing human resource allocation flow for mass chemical casualties in hospitals has some characteristics,such as high speciality and strong operability,which can provide guidance for hospital nursing managers to participate in the first aid of chemical casualties as well as providing the reference for related training exercise.
