摘　　要：目的探讨人本主义理念护理方式对重症脊髓损伤患者健康教育知识知晓率的影响。方法将我院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的重症脊髓损伤患者80例依据随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例,对照组通过传统方式进行护理干预,研究组采取人本主义理念护理方式,分析两组患者在护理满意度、健康知识知晓率、焦虑抑郁及并发症发生情况方面的差异。结果护理干预后,研究组患者护理满意度和健康知识知晓率分别为95.00%和97.50%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预后研究组患者HAMD、HAMA两项评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组与对照组并发症总发生率分别为5.00%、20.00%,研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将人本主义理念应用于重症脊髓损伤患者的护理中,可以促进患者对疾病相关教育知识的了解,改善患者的心理状态,对提高护理效果和减少术后并发症的出现具有重要意义,同时还有助于形成和谐的护患关系。Objective To explore the influence of humanistic nursing on awareness rate of health education knowledge among patients with severe spinal cord injury(SSCI).Methods A total of 80 cases of SSCI treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=40)and the study group(n=40).The control group received the conventional nursing and the study group received the humanistic nursing.Nursing satisfaction,awareness rate of health knowledge,anxiety and depression and complications were analyzed and compared between two groups.Results After the nursing intervention,patients′satisfaction degree and awareness rate of the study group were 95.00%and 97.50%,respectively,significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,both HAMD and HAMA scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications of the study group was 5.00%,significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing care can promote disease-related knowledge and improve psychological state of patients with SSCI.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve nursing effect and reduce postoperative complications,thus helping to form harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
