摘 要:采用硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)和高分子增容剂M分别对玻璃纤维增强聚甲醛复合材料(POM/GF)进行增容改性,并通过力学性能测试、扫描电子显微镜、旋转流变仪以及差示扫描量热仪探究增容剂类型及其含量对POM/GF复合材料的力学性能、界面形貌、流变行为、动态热机械性能及结晶性能的影响。结果表明,高分子增容剂M对POM/GF复合材料的增容效果优于小分子KH550、KH560;当增容剂M的含量为0.5%(质量分数,下同)时,POM/GF/M复合材料的拉伸强度为120.9 MPa、弯曲强度为170.5 MPa、缺口冲击强度为8.6 kJ/m^(2),较未增容体系分别提升了14.2%、19.1%和32.3%,且M还能够提高复合体系的结晶温度,降低结晶度的同时,促进结晶过程的进行。Silane coupling agent(KH550 and KH560)and polymer interfacial compatibilizer M were used to modify the glass fiber reinforced polyformaldehyde composites(POM/GF),and the mechanical properties of the resultant composites were investigated using an electronic universal testing machine and a pendulum impact testing machine.Scanning electron microscopy,rotating rheometer and differential scanning calorimetry were conducted to investigate the effects of the type and content of compatilizer on the profile,rheological behavior,crystallization properties,and dynamic thermomechanical properties of the composites.The results indicated that the polymer compatilizer M had a better compatilizing effect on the POM/GF composites than the small molecules KH550 and KH560.The tensile strength,bending strength and notched impact strength of the POM/GF composites containing 0.5 wt%M reached 120.9 MPa,170.5 MPa and8.58 kJ/m^(2),respectively,which were increased by 14.2%,19.1%and 32.3%,respectively,compared to the composite without M.In addition,the incorporation of M increased the crystallization temperature of the composites,reduced their crystallinity,and promoted their crystallization process.
