摘　　要：巴拉尼协会2021年发布的上半规管裂综合征的诊断标准对诊断标准、临床表现、诊断性试验、影像学性检查及鉴别诊断进行了详细阐述,分析了上半规管裂综合征的发生率、不同年龄段发生差异及发病机理,明确了纯音测听和前庭肌源诱发电位为该综合征的主要诊断性试验,高分辨率CT为影像学诊断的金标准,MRI为辅助诊断方法。本文对该诊断标准进行了解读,并探讨了标准中各项内容的合理规范性。The diagnostic criteria for superior semicircular canal dehiscence syndrome(SCDS)developed by the Bárány Society in 2021,which elaborated on the diagnostic criteria,clinical manifestations,diagnostic tests,imaging examinations and differential diagnosis,and analyzed the occurrence of the upper semicircular canal syndrome.It is clear that pure tone audiometry and vestibular-evoked myogenic potential response are the main diagnostic tests for the syndrome,high-resolution CT is the gold standard for imaging diagnosis and MRI is the auxiliary diagnostic method.This article interprets the diagnostic criteria and discusses the reasonable standardization of each content in the criteria.
