摘　　要：区块链技术的发展能够为贸易金融行业带来颠覆式创新。提出区块链驱动贸易金融“创新动力系统—创新能力系统—创新生态系统”三大要素协同的“三位一体”框架。通过对中国人民银行贸易金融区块链平台的分析,明确了区块链技术能够提升贸易金融平台在物流、资金流和信息流等方面的服务能力,以及增强贸易金融平台治理及监管能力,并提出区块链进一步驱动贸易金融发展的建议。The rapid growth of domestic and foreign trade and commodity circulation as well as the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative both have promoted the huge demand for trade financial services in China,including settlement,financing,guarantee and other domestic and foreign currency integration services.The risks posed by the global spread of COVID-19 have also placed greater demands on trade financial products.However,the traditional trade fi⁃nancial services have severe difficulty in effectively meeting the current demand of trade fi⁃nance.As one of the cutting-edge technologies,blockchain can bring disruptive innovation to trade financial services,and effectively overcome the problems of information confirmation diffi⁃culty,credit transmission difficulty and high cost of account checking existing in traditional trade financial services.This paper studies the development path of trade financial services driv⁃en by blockchain technology,which is of great practical significance to the development of new trade financial services,the promotion of China's domestic and foreign trade and circulation,and the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.This paper constructs a"trinity"framework of"innovation driving system-innovation capa⁃bility system-innovation ecosystem",which expounds how blockchain drives the development of trade finance.Blockchain technology itself brings about the capacity supply and new power demand of innovation benefiting from its advantages,promoting the reform of financial trading in⁃novation ecosystem.In the process of trade finance digitization,lots of financial trading platforms have emerged.Starting from the technical capability and governance mechanism of block⁃chain,this paper expounds how blockchain can empower financial trading platforms.On one as⁃pect,blockchain has enhanced the financial trading platforms’serving capabilities to serve lo⁃gistics,capital flow and information flow.On the other aspect,blockchain can improve the gover⁃nance and regulatory c
