摘  要:介绍了甘肃省金昌市某企业的烟气脱硫工艺,针对烟气颗粒物监测比对数据误差大及冬季烟气排口常有白色烟雨降落等问题进行了原因分析,并提出了改进建议。通过分析采样滤筒及其附着的水溶性物质、对比GB/T 16157—1996和CEMS连续监测烟气颗粒物理论,得出造成国标法和CEMS法比对产生较大误差的主要原因为:排放的烟气在冬季易形成NaHSO_(3)-Na_(2)SO_(3)-Na_(2)SO_(3)气溶胶,国标法测得的颗粒物包括固体颗粒和气溶胶结晶物质,而CEMS法只考虑固体颗粒,液体微粒或气溶胶并未进行测定。进一步提高烟气脱硫和除雾效率,降低钠盐气溶胶的产生量,同时通过现场勘查对微粒平均粒径、真密度和折射率等参数做出合理调整,有助于降低排放烟气的颗粒物含量和比对测量误差。The flue gas desulfurization process of an enterprise in Jinchang City, Gansu Province is introduced. In view of the large error of monitoring and comparison data of flue gas particles and the frequent falling of white smoke and rain at the tail gas outlet in winter, the causes are analyzed, and the improvement suggestions are put forward. By analyzing the sampling filter cartridge and its attached water-soluble substances and comparing the theory of continuous monitoring of flue gas particles in GB/T 16157-1996 and CEMS method, it is concluded that the main reason for the large error between the national standard method and CEMS method is that the exhaust flue gas is easy to form NaHSO_(3)-Na_(2)SO_(3)-Na_(2)SO_(3)aerosol in winter, and the particles measured by the national standard method include solid particles and aerosol crystalline substances, CEMS only considers solid particles, liquid particles or aerosols, and does not determine them. Further improve the efficiency of flue gas desulfurization and demisting, reduce the production of sodium salt aerosol, and reasonably adjust the parameters such as average particle size, true density and refractive index through on-site investigation, which is helpful to reduce the particle content and comparison measurement error of exhaust flue gas.
