摘  要:介绍了江西铜业集团有限公司贵溪冶炼厂硫酸车间二系统在生产运行过程中存在的问题、优化措施及改造后的运行情况。通过增加一级动力波洗涤器入口压力联锁参数、风机启停确认事项表,以及转炉送停风信号及相关参数联锁,对硫酸二系统进行了控制优化,解决了仪表参数受信号干扰异常波动、风机启停联络遗漏存在安全隐患、转炉送停风风量波动大、压力异常波动联锁停车等问题,降低了系统重要参数波动对联锁的影响,提高了制酸系统和铜冶炼系统的稳定性。The problems existing in the production and operation, optimization measures and the operation after transformation of the second system in the sulphuric acid workshop of Guixi Smelter, Jiangxi Copper Group Co., Ltd. are introduced. By adding the interlocking parameters of the inlet pressure of the primary power wave scrubber, the confirmation list of fan startup and shutdown,as well as the interlocking of the converter air supply and shutdown signal and relevant parameters, the control optimization of the secondary sulphuric acid system is carried out, which solves the problems of abnormal fluctuation of instrument parameters due to signal interference, potential safety hazards due to missing contact between fan start and stop, large fluctuation of converter air supply and shutdown, abnormal pressure fluctuation, interlocking shutdown and other problems. The influence of the fluctuation of important parameters of the system on the interlock is reduced, and the stability of acid making system and copper smelting system is improved.
