摘  要:随着世界范围内纯铜价格的不断上涨,家电行业元器件成本不断增加。对于某些配件以铝代替铜成为趋势。铜铝接头由于其优良的力学性能与导电性能,不仅广泛应用于电气工程领域,还适用于制冷和供暖设备等领域,应用前景广阔。研究以TIG作为热源,采用加压的钎焊方式对铜铝接头进行焊接,试验表明该种焊接方法提高了焊缝的稳定性和强度。With the continuous increase in the worldwide price of pure copper,the cost of components in the home appliance industry has gradually increased.For some accessories,it has become a trend to replace copper with aluminum.Due to its excellent mechanical properties and electrical conductivity,copper-aluminum joints are not only widely used in the field of electrical engineering,but also in the fields of refrigeration and heating equipment,which have broad application prospects.In this paper,TIG is used as the heat source to weld the copper-aluminum joints by pressurized brazing.The tests show that this welding method improves the stability and strength of the weld.
