摘　　要：基于EFE矩阵的区域产业环境竞争情报分析研究有助于对区域范围内影响产业发展的环境因素进行客观评价,为地区产业布局的优化升级提供借鉴。提出区域产业环境竞争情报分析模型,首先采用主题分析法搜集原始信息并提取出环境因素;其次借助EFE矩阵对区域产业环境进行竞争情报分析;最后以辽宁省产业为例对此模型进行检验。根据EFE矩阵与实证分析结果,本文为辽宁省优化产业布局、提升产业竞争力提出四点建议:①以制造业转型升级为重点;②增强IT动态能力;③深化产教融合、校企合作;④拓展循环经济链条。The study of regional industrial environment competitive intelligence analysis based on EFE matrix is helpful for the objective evaluation of environmental factors affecting industrial development within the region,and provides reference for the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial layout.A competitive intelligence analysis model of regional industrial environment is proposed.Firstly,subject analysis method is used to collect original information and extract environmental factors.Secondly,EFE matrix is used to analyze the competitive intelligence of regional industrial environment.Finally,the model is tested by taking the industry in Liaoning as an example.Based on the results of EFE matrix and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward four suggestions for Liaoning Province to optimize the industrial layout and enhance the industrial competitiveness:①focusing on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing sector;②enhancing IT dynamic capability;③deepening the integration of industry and education,and cooperation between schools and enterprises;④expanding the circular economy chain.
