摘　　要：在产学研合作中,知识产权合作风险阻碍了项目质量的提高,而互惠性参与是知识产权合作风险治理的关键性策略。实证研究揭示了产学研合作中知识产权合作风险互惠性治理的微观机理,发现互惠性参与在合作风险控制中的不足,进而以提高项目竞争力为目标提出互惠性参与的改进策略,为深化知识产权合作风险治理提供现实性的理论借鉴。In industry-university cooperation,intellectual property cooperation risks hinder the improvement of project quality,and reciprocal participation is a key strategy for intellectual property cooperation risk management.The empirical research reveals the micromechanism of the reciprocal governance of intellectual property cooperation risk in industry-university institutes,and discovers the deficiencies of reciprocal participation in the cooperation risk control,and then proposes improvement strategies for reciprocal participation with the goal of improving project competitiveness,thereby providing practical theoretical reference to deep the cooperative risk governance of intellectual property.
