基于多源数据的土地功能评价与相关性分析——以杭州市为例

摘　　要：以杭州市为例,利用多渠道选取的较高空间分辨率数据,对杭州市土地多功能进行精细化评价,分析各项土地功能间的相互关系。杭州市土地生产、社会、生态功能在空间上呈现出较强的聚集性,生产功能高值区聚集于杭州市中部和北部,社会功能高值区聚集于杭州市东北部主城区,由主城区向外辐射逐渐减弱,生态功能高值区聚集于杭州市东北部和西南部区域。3大土地功能之间呈现出显著的负相关性,即此消彼长此的关系。此外,各项指标间存在密切复杂的关系,即使从属于同一项土地功能,各指标也不一定具有同向性。由于土地功能和国土空间规划三线三区内涵的相互重叠,未来人们可以将土地功能的精细化、多时点研究,应用于国土空间规划,提高规划的合理性和科学性。Took Hangzhou as an example,based on high spatial resolution data selected from multiple sources,this paper makes a refined evaluation of the multifunctionalities of Land in Hangzhou and analyzes the interrelationships among various land functions.In terms of the spatial pattern of land functions,Hangzhou’s land productive,social,and ecological functions all show strong spatial agglomeration.High-value areas of productive functions are concentrated in the central and northern parts of Hangzhou,and high-value areas of social function are concentrated in the main urban area in the northeast of Hangzhou,and weakened radially outward from the main urban area,and high-value areas of ecological functions are concentrated in the northeast and southwest of Hangzhou.There is a significant negative correlation between the three land functions,which is similar to the relationship in which one increases and the other decreases.In addition,there are close and complex interrelationships among various indicators.Even if those indicators,who belong to the same land function,they may not have the same direction.Due to the overlapping of land functions and the connotations of the three lines and three districts in land and space planning,people can apply it to land and space planning through refined and multi-time research on land functions in the future to improve the rationality and scientificity of planning.
