摘　　要：为实现薄壁钢管的自动定长切割打磨一体化、自动化加工,设计了一种基于PLC的钢管定长切割打磨一体化设备。根据某厂换热管定长切割和两端打磨工艺要求,设计了设备的机械结构、气动系统和控制系统。选用伺服电机、减速器和齿轮齿条组成传动系统,通过直线气缸完成钢管的举升、转运及下料。In order to realize the integration and automatic processing of cutting and grinding the thin-wall steel pipe,a kind of steel pipe fixed-scale cutting and grinding integrated equipment is designed based on PLC.The mechanical structure,pneumatic system and control system of the equipment are designed according to the process requirements of fixed-scale cutting and grinding of the heat exchange pipe in a factory.The transmission system is composed of servo motor,reducer,rack and pinion.The lifting,transferring and laying-off of steel pipe are completed by linear cylinder.
