摘　　要：电感传感器由振荡器、开关电路及放大输出电路三大部分组成,利用电涡流效应检测金属工件,并通过黑色信号线为PLC模块提供控制信号。PLC模块分为源型和漏型两种接入方式,电感传感器分为NPN和PNP两大类型,自动化生产线选用的电感传感器类型由PLC模块接入方式决定。由于导致电感传感器检测故障的原因通常为检测距离太远,因此首先应对检测距离给予关注。The inductance sensor is composed of an oscillator, switching circuit, and amplifying output circuit, which uses eddy current effect to detect metal workpiece, and provides a control signal for the PLC module through a black signal line. There are two access modes of the active type and the leakage type for the PLC module. The inductance sensor is divided into NPN and PNP two types. The inductance sensor of the automatic production line was selected by the PLC module. The detecting fault of the inductance sensor is usually caused by detecting distance too far. Therefore,the detection distance should be paid attention to first.
