摘　　要：目的掌握公立医院党建工作的新情况,摸清公立医院党建与业务互融互促现状和存在的问题。方法选取国内22个省份的84家医院进行问卷调查,辅以实地集中座谈和深度访谈。结果公立医院党建与业务基本能做到互融互促,但也存在着不充分、不全面、不深入以及不平衡的问题。结论可以通过督促落实全面加强党的领导的刚性要求、全面推进党建与业务的融合、深入推动各项保障措施的落实、加强分类指导和增进工作交流等方式,加强公立医院党建与业务互融互促。Objective To master the new situation of Party Construction in public hospitals,and find out the current situation and existing problems of mutual integration and mutual promotion of Party construction and clinical work in public hospitals. Methods A total of 84 hospitals in 22 provinces were selected for questionnaire survey,supplemented by on-the-spot centralized discussion and in-depth interviews. Results The party construction and clinical work in public hospitals can basically integrate and promote each other,but there are also insufficient,incomplete,not in-depth and unbalanced problems. Conclusion It strengthened the mutual integration and promotion of Party construction and clinical work in public hospitals by urging the implementation of the rigid requirements of fully strengthening the party’s leadership, comprehensively promoting the integration of Party construction and clinical work,deeply promoting the implementation of various safeguard measures,strengthening classified guidance and enhancing work exchanges.
