摘　　要：介绍了跨带式在线元素分析仪的选择依据及其在水泥生产质量控制中的技术优势。使用跨带式在线元素分析仪后,可实现生料成分每分钟检测一次,出磨熟料KH和出窑熟料KH的合格率均大幅提升,窑况稳定,熟料强度提高约1.7MPa。The selection basis of on-line element analyzer and its technical advantages in quality control of cement production are introduced. After using the on-line element analyzer, the raw meal composition can be detected once per minute, the qualified rate of both the grinding clinker KH and the kiln clinker can be greatly increased, the kiln condition is stable, and the clinker strength can be improved by about 1.7 MPa.
