元宇宙的现代性忧思

摘　　要：可以从技术、艺术、话术和学术四个方面来理解元宇宙的概念。要警惕有关元宇宙的虚假宣传和过度炒作,思考如何使元宇宙造福社会。本质上说,元宇宙是赛博空间的一种形式。没有主体的想象力,虚拟交往无法实现。虚拟现实的发生原理在于深度沉浸,元宇宙最重要的特征是全身沉浸。在全身沉浸中,绝对的现实摧毁了它自身,走向绝对的虚无。沉浸的更高阶段即全身沉浸,直观地表现了这种绝对现实如何走向自身的反面。元宇宙崛起根源于现代性危机。借助沉浸性的虚拟现实只是人类生活异化和分裂的产品,并不能真正代替人的生活。元宇宙的崛起再一次彰显和加剧了现代性危机。The concept of metaverse can be understood from four aspects:technology,art,language skills and academics.We must be alert to false propaganda and excessive hype about the metaverse,and think about how to make the metaverse benefit society.In essence,the metaverse is a form of cyberspace.Without the imagination of the subject,virtual communication cannot be realized.The principle of virtual reality is deep immersion,and the most important feature of the metaverse is full-body immersion.In the immersion of the whole body,absolute reality destroys itself and moves towards absolute nothingness.The higher stage of immersion is full-body immersion,which intuitively shows how this absolute reality is going to the opposite of itself.The rise of the metaverse is rooted in the crisis of modernity.The use of immersive virtual reality is only a product of the alienation and division of human life,and cannot truly replace the lives of strangers.The rise of the metaverse once again demonstrated and exacerbated the crisis of modernity.
