2006-2020年绵阳市涪城区水痘流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解绵阳市涪城区水痘流行病学特征,为有效预防与控制水痘提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学分析方法,对绵阳市涪城区2006-2020年水痘发病情况进行统计分析。结果2006-2020年绵阳市涪城区共报告水痘病例5029例,年均报告发病率为54.09/10万(5029/9298170),不同年度水痘报告发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),发病呈上升趋势(P<0.01)。城区报告发病4330例(86.10%),发病率为76.83/10万(4330/5636150);乡镇报告发病699例(13.90%),发病率为19.09/10万(699/3662020)(P<0.01)。发病时间以为主次之,发病数分别为1857例(36.93%)2686例(53.41%)和10月至次年1月4-7月;男性2830例(56.27%),发病率为60.61/105(2830/4669344);女性2199例(43.73%),发病率为47.51/10万(2199/4628826)(P<0.01);职业以学生发病为主,托幼儿童次之,发病数分别为3477例(69.14%)和414例(8.23%)。结论绵阳市涪城区水痘发病率呈上升趋势。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of varicella in Fucheng district,Mianyang city,so as to provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of varicella.Methods A descriptive epidemiological analysis method was used to statistically analyze the incidence of varicella during 2006-2020 in Fucheng cistrict,Mianyang city.Results From 2006 to 2020,a total of 5029 cases of varicella were reported in Fucheng district,Mianyang city,with an average annual reported incidence of 54.09/10^(5)(5029/9298170).There was a statistically significant difference in the reported incidence of varicella in different years(P<0.01),the incidence was on the rise(P<0.01).There were 4330 cases(86.10%)reported in urban areas,with an incidence rate of 76.83/10^(5)(4330/5636150),and 699 cases(13.90%)reported in towns and villages,with an incidence of 19.09/10^(5)(699/3662020),the reported incidence in urban areas was higher than that in towns and townships(P<0.01);the reported incidence time was mainly from April to July,followed by October to January of the following year,and the number of cases was 1857(36.93%)and 2686 cases(53.41%);there were 2830 males(56.27%),with an incidence of 60.61/10^(5)(2830/4669344);2199 female cases(43.73%)with an incidence of 47.51/10^(5)(2199/4628826)(P<0.01);occupations were dominated by students,nursery children followed,with 3477 cases(69.14%)and 414 cases(8.23%)respectively.Conclusion The incidence of varicella in Fucheng district of Mianyang city is on the rise.
