摘　　要：目的了解昆山市50岁以上老年人群艾滋病相关知识与行为、艾滋病等疾病感染状况,为制定和完善老年人群艾滋病等重点传染病防控政策提供科学依据。方法2020年5-7月使用专用调查问卷对昆山花桥镇、周市镇目标人群进行"一对一"问卷调查,并采集血样,开展HIV、HCV、梅毒检测。结果老年人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率为83.25%(666/800),最近6个月与配偶/男女朋友有性生活者占9.48%(73/770),在与配偶/男女朋友过性生活时从未使用安全套者占24.66%(18/73)。老年人群梅毒感染率为0.63%(5/800),未检出HIV、HCV感染病例,老年人群存在较高的艾滋病等性传播疾病感染风险。结论老年人群有较旺盛的性生理需求,艾滋病防治知识知晓率较低且具有较高的艾滋病等性传播疾病感染风险。Objective To understand the knowledge and behavior of AIDS and the status of HIV infection among the elderly over 50 years old in Kunshan city,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating and perfecting AIDS prevention and control policies among the elderly.Methods From May to July in 2020,a one-on-one questionnaire was used to investigate the target population in Huaqiao town and Zhou towns of Kunshan city,and blood samples were collected for HIV,HCV and syphilis testing.Results The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge among the elderly was 83.25%(666/800),and 9.48%of them(73/770)had sex behavior with their spouses/sexual partner in the last 6 months.24.66%(18/73)never used a condom while having sex with their spouse or sexual partner.The infection rate of syphilis among the elderly was 0.63%(5/800),and no HIV and HCV infection cases were detected.There was a higher risk of sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS among the elderly.Conclusion The elderly have strong sexual and physiological needs,low awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge and high risk of sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS.
