摘　　要：目的了解2015-2019年北京市石景山区游泳场所水质卫生情况,为制定有针对性的监督监测计划提供数据支持。方法按照国家有关游泳池卫生标准,分析2015-2019年北京市石景山区游泳场所泳池水质监测数据。结果2015-2019年共监测游泳池水样414份,合格86份,合格率为20.77%。在监测的6项指标中,大肠菌群、pH值、浑浊度合格率为100.00%(414/414),菌落总数、尿素、游离性余氯合格率分别为86.71%(359/414)、63.04%(261/414)、34.06%(141/414)。各年度游泳池水质合格率(15.30%、17.20%、16.67%、5.56%、100.00%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各年份之间尿素及游离性余氯指标合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种类型游泳池(国有事业单位;私营企业)水合格率(26.59%、11.73%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论北京市石景山区游泳场所水质卫生状况不容乐观,水质合格率偏低。Objective To understand the hygienic quality of swimming pool water in Shijingshan district of Beijing city during 2015-2019,so as to provide data support for making targeted supervision and monitoring plans.Methods According to the national sanitary standards for swimming pools,the water quality monitoring data of swimming pools in Shijingshan district of Beijing city from 2015 to 2019 were analyzed.Results A total of 414 water samples from swimming pool were tested during 2015-2019,86 samples were qualified(20.77%).In the 6 indicators of monitoring,the qualified rate of coliform,pH rate and turbidity was 100.00%(414/414).The qualified rates of the total bacterial count,urea and chlorine residual were 86.71%(359/414),63.04%(261/414),34.06%(141/414).The differences in water qualified rates among 2015 to 2019(15.30%,17.20%,16.67%,5.56%,100.00%)were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of qualified rate of urea and free residual chlorine indexes among different years was statistically significant.The differences in water qualified rates(26.59%,11.73%)of 2 types of swimming pool(state owned institutions;private business)was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sanitary situation of water quality of swimming pools in Shijingshan district of Beijing city is not optimistic.The qualified rate of water quality is low.
