摘　　要：目的探讨了空气中常见的有机物(丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、异丙醇)在活性炭吸附剂中的保存期限和稳定性。方法制备不同浓度的丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、异丙醇活性炭样品管,按照不同时间间隔测定含量,通过回收率的变化考察样品管稳定性。结果在活性炭管中,乙酸乙酯和乙酸丁酯较为稳定,回收率下降不明显;丁酮中高浓度稳定,低浓度1个月后下降到83.19%,4个月后下降到73.80%;丙酮和异丙醇不稳定,回收率下降明显,丙酮平均回收率在1个月后下降到86.44%,4个月后下降到60.25%,异丙醇平均回收率在4个月后下降到70.84%。结论乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯以及中高浓度丁酮样品管至少稳定4个月,丙酮和异丙醇样品管若超过4个月,不建议作为质量控制样品使用。Objective To explore the storage time and stability of some common organic compounds in air(acetone,2-butanone,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,isopropanol)in activated carbon tube.Methods Activated carbon tube samples spiked different concentration of acetone,2-butanone,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,isopropanol were prepared.The concentration was measured at different time intervals.The stability of activated carbon tube samples was evaluated by the recovery rate.Results In the activated carbon tubes,ethyl acetate and butyl acetate was stable,the recovery rate decreased inconspicuously;2-Butanone was stable at medium and high concentration,but the recovery rate decreased to 83.19%-73.80%after 1-4 months;acetone and isopropanol was unstable,the average recovery rate decreased obviously,the average recovery rate of acetone decreased to 86.44%-60.25%after 1-4 months,the average recovery rate of isopropanol decreased to 70.84%after 4 months.Conclusion The activated carbon tube samples of ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,and medium/high concentration 2-butanone are stable at least 4 months,acetone and isopropanol spiked activated carbon tube samples are not recommended for using as quality control samples when stored over 4 months.
