摘 要:目的分析早产儿语言发育状况。方法采用《1~6岁儿童语言发育测评量表》对103例早产儿(早产儿组)和216例正常儿童(对照组)进行语言发育评估,分析早产儿语言发育的影响因素。结果早产儿组出生胎龄和出生体重低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组在语言理解及故事理解方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。语言发育落后和语言发育正常的早产儿在出生体重、出生胎龄、主要带养人、主要带养人文化程度、亲子互动时间以及电子屏幕暴露时间方面有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论早产儿更容易发生语言发育落后,与出生体重、出生胎龄、主要带养人、亲子互动时间及电子屏幕暴露时间有关。Objective To analyze the language development status of the premature infants.Methods Using Language Development Scale for Children Aged 1-6,the language development was evaluated in 103 premature infants(group A) and 216 healthy children(group B).The influencing factors for language development were analyzed.Results The gestational age and birth weight were lower in group A than those in group B(P<0.01).There were significant differences in language comprehension and story comprehension between the two groups(P<0.01).There were significant differences in birth weight, gestational age, primary foster caregivers, educational level of primary foster caregivers, parent-child interaction time and exposure time to electronic screen between the premature infants with language development lagging and those with normal language development(P<0.05). Conclusion Premature infants are more prone to have language problems, which is related to birth weight, gestational age, primary foster caregivers, parent-child interaction time and exposure time to electronic screen.
