摘　　要：目的观察高能量激光治疗(HILT)联合离心肌力训练(EST)对肱骨外上髁炎(LE)的临床疗效。方法53例LE患者随机分为治疗组(27例)和对照组(26例)。两组患者均进行EST,治疗组在此基础上联合HILT,疗程4周。于治疗前、治疗4周、8周及12周时分别采用VAS疼痛评分、握力测试及病患网球肘评价(PRTEE)评估临床疗效,记录不良事件。结果治疗前,两组患者VAS疼痛评分、握力值和PRTEE评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周、8周及12周时,两组VAS疼痛评分、握力值、PRTEE评分较治疗前均改善(P<0.05);治疗组的改善较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的总有效率高于对照组(96.30%vs.73.08%)(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无明显不良事件发生。结论HILT联合EST可显著缓解LE患者的疼痛,增加握力并改善肘关节功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of high-intensity laser therapy(HILT)combined with eccentric strength training(EST)in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis(LE).Methods Fifty-three patients with LE were randomly divided into two groups of A(27 cases)and B(26 cases).Both groups received EST for 4 weeks.Group A was treated additionally with HILT for 4 weeks.The VAS pain.score,grip strength test,and patient tennis elbow evaluation(PRTEE)were evaluated at the time points of before treatment(T1),in the 4th week(T2),8th week(T3)and 12th week(T4)during treatment.Adverse responses were recorded.Results There were no significant differences in VAS pain score,grip strength value,and PRTEE score at T1 between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS pain score,grip strength value,and PRTEE score at T2-T4 were better than those at T1 in both groups(P<0.05),which in group A were better than those in group B(P<0.05).The total effectiveness rate of group A was higher than that of group B(96.30%vs.73.08%)(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse responses during treatment in two groups.Conclusion HILT combined with EST can significantly relieve pain and improve grip strength and elbow joint function in the patients with LE.
