摘　　要：为发挥认可服务对特种设备检验检测机构提升技术能力和管理水平、参与国际竞争的支撑作用,更好地服务特种设备安全风险防范,选取特种设备安全领域作为实践活动对象,以特种设备行业管理模式及政策要求的变化对相关检验检测机构认可发展的影响为实践活动切入点,通过问卷调查的方式,对特种设备检验检测机构认可现状、需求、认可服务水平评价等内容进行全面系统的调查分析,提出具体的措施,为特种设备领域检验检测机构的资质管理、监管模式提供认可技术支持。In order to give a full play to the supporting role of accreditation service in improving the technical capacity,management level and participating in international competition of the Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Institutions,and better serve in the safety risk prevention of special equipment,select the safety field of special equipment as the object of practical activities,and take the impact of changes in the management mode and policy requirements of the special equipment industry on the recognition and development of relevant inspection and testing institutions as the starting point of practical activities,according the ways of questionnaire,and made a systematic investigation and analysis on the accreditation status,demand and accreditation service level evaluation of the Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Institutions,study specific measures to provide recognized technical support for qualification management and supervision mode of inspection and testing institutions in the field of special equipment.
