摘  要:目前,在役常压储罐完整性检测与评价标准主要有AQ 3053-2015《立式圆筒形钢制焊接储罐安全技术规程》、SY/T 5921-2017《立式圆筒形钢制焊接油罐操作维护修理规范》和SY/T 6620-2014《油罐的检验、修理、改建及翻建》,这些标准之间协调性不足,某些标准对于罐壁检测与评价的要求有待商榷,如罐壁腐蚀和焊缝检测方法过于局限、壁板剩余厚度要求不合理性、焊缝表面检测部位不具有代表性,超声检测缺陷的评定不具备可操作性等。健全储罐完整性管理法规体系,建立专业、统一的完整性检测与评价标准,对于提高常压储罐的完整性水平,保障储罐安全运营具有重要意义。At present,the integrity testing and evaluation standards of atmospheric storage tanks in-service mainly-include AQ 3053,SY/T 5921 and SY/T 6620.There is insufficient coordination among these standards.There is still much room for discussion on the requirements of some standards for inspection and evaluation of tank shell.For example,the inspection methods of tank shell corrosion and weld inspection are too limited,the requirement of residual thickness of shell is unreasonable,the inspection parts on the weld surface are not representative,and the evaluation of ultrasonic inspection results is not operable.It is of great significance to improve the integrity level of atmospheric storage tanks and ensure the safe operation of storage tanks by perfecting the legal system of tank integrity management and establishing professional and unified integrity evaluation standards.
