摘　　要：大型游乐设施被称为“特种设备中的特种设备”,其典型特点是结构型式多样,参与人数多,且以青少年儿童为主,发生故障或事故社会影响大。大型游乐设施的安全状况直接决定了游客的生命安全,影响社会稳定。本文利用系统安全工程的思想,采用层次分析法构建大型游乐设施四级安全水平评价模型,通过专家两两比较打分法确定评价模型各评价指标权重。通过对各级评价指标的定量打分,结合评价指标权重,获得我国大型游乐设施安全水平,为科学地判定我国大型游乐设施行业发展目标,制定未来我国大型游乐设施安全监管策略提供了依据。Large-scale amusement devices are called"special equipment in special equipment'and their typical characteristics are diverse structures,a large number of participants,and mainly teenagers and children.Failures or accidents have great social impact.The safety of large-scale amusement devices directly determines the safety of tourists and affects social stability.According to the idea of system safety engineering,this paper uses analytic hierarchy process to build a four-level safety evaluation model for large amusement devices,and determines the weight of each evaluation index of the evaluation model through the pairwise comparison and scoring method of experts.Quantitative scoring of all levels of evaluation indicators,combined with the weight of evaluation indicators,obtains the final safety level of domestic amusement devices,which provides a basis for scientifically determining the development goals of large-scale amusement devices industry and formulating future safety supervision strategies for domestic large-scale amusement devices.
