摘 要:复合钢板压力容器在常规设计过程中的强度计算值一般取基层材料的厚度,不考虑覆层材料的厚度。因此,当这种结构的压力容器在定期检验过程中需要做强度校核时,也必须用实测的基材厚度进行计算。但是,超声波测厚仪测量得到的厚度是基材和覆材的和,无法区分各自的厚度。采用A扫描超声检测仪对复合钢板进行分层测量和数据分析,这种壁厚测量方法可以得到基层材料厚度、复合层材料厚度和总厚度,也是对标准NB/T 47013.3-2015中的堆焊层测厚方法进一步解析。Generally the calculated value of the strength of the pressure vessel made of clad steel plate in the regular design process is the thickness of the base material,and the thickness of the composite layer material does not need to be considered.Therefore,when the pressure vessel of this structure needs to do strength check during the regular inspection,the measured base material thickness must also be used for calculation.However,the thickness measured by an ultrasonic thickness gauge is the sum of the base material and the composite layer material,and it is impossible to distinguish the respective thickness of the base material and the composite layer material.In this paper,the A-scan ultrasonic detector was used to measure and analyze the delamination of the composite steel plate.This wall thickness measurement method could get the base material thickness,composite layer material and total thickness.It was also a further analysis of the thickness measurement method of composite layer in standard NB/T 47013.3-2015.
