摘 要:超声弹性成像及超微血管成像作为超声新技术已成为近年来超声研究的热点。超声弹性成像将结节病理与结节硬度信息联系,能够对病变组织进行定性、定量及半定量的评价,为鉴别诊断甲状腺结节的良、恶性提供新途径。超声弹性成像技术在乳腺、肝脏等方面应用较为成熟,而关于甲状腺疾病良恶性定性诊断中的应用报道相对较少。超微血管成像应用于鉴别甲状腺结节良、恶性的诊断效能尚在研究中。本文就目前国内外弹性成像技术及超微血管成像在诊断甲状腺结节病变的临床研究予以综述。Ultrasound elastography and superb microvascular imaging have become the hot spot of ultrasound in ultrasonic research in recent years.Ultrasound elastography connects the nodule pathology with the nodule hardness information,which can conduct a qualitative,quantitative and semi-quantitative evaluation of the pathological tissue,and provides a new way to identify the benign and malignant diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Ultrasound elastography is mature in breast and liver,while relatively few reports are reported in qualitative diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid diseases.The diagnostic efficacy of superb microvascular imaging to identify the benign and malignant diagnosis of thyroid nodules is still being studied.This paper reviews the clinical research of elastic imaging technology and ultravascularization in the diagnosis of thyroid nodule lesions.
