MRI联合CT灌注成像诊断超急性期脑梗死的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析MRI联合CT灌注成像诊断超急性期脑梗死的价值。方法:选择2020年2月-2021年2月昌乐县人民医院收治的超急性期脑梗死患者80例,患者均依次采用MRI与CT灌注成像(CTP)诊断,对CTP与MRI影像学图像进行分析,并对MRI、CTP联合MRI检查率及病灶检出数目进行统计。结果:MRI联合CTP检查脑梗死的检出率为95.00%,显著高于MRI检查的78.75%,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI联合CTP检查多个病灶的检出率38.75%显著高于MRI检查的16.25%,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI联合CTP检出的梗死灶多于MRI检查,两种方法筛查脑梗死各部位病灶检出率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超急性期脑梗死采用M R I联合C T灌注成像诊断的疾病检出率高,还能检出更多病灶,可为临床诊治提供有效依据。Objective To analyze the value of MRI combined with CT perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction.Methods Select 80 cases of hyperacute cerebral infarction patients admitted to Changle people's hospital from February 2020 to February 2021.MRI and CT perfusion imaging(CTP)were used in order to diagnose,and the CTP and MRI were analyzed,CTP combined with MRI examination rate and the number of lesions detected for statistics.Results The detection rate of cerebral infarction by MRI combined with CTP was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.75%by MRI,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The detection rate of multiple lesions by MRI combined with CTP was 38.75%,which was significantly higher than 16.25%by MRI,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The infarct foci detected by MRI combined with CTP were significantly more than those detected by MRI,there was no significant difference in the detection rate of different parts of cerebral infarction between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Hyperacute cerebral infarction is diagnosed by MRI combined with CT perfusion imaging.The disease detection rate is high,and more lesions can be detected,which can provide an effective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
