摘　　要：目的:探讨应用带纤毛弹簧圈超选择性肾动脉栓塞术治疗肾出血的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析广东省英德市人民医院2015年4月-2019年12月收治的肾出血行经皮肾动脉造影及栓塞术的患者30例,采用带纤毛弹簧圈或联合明胶海绵(或PVA)颗粒栓塞治疗出血的肾动脉分支。结果:本组患者治疗效果满意,无严重并发症发生,术后随访15天。结论:肾动脉栓塞术不仅能快速有效控制出血,保留患者肾功能,还可重复治疗,甚至可挽救生命,为肾出血的处理提供了安全、高效的治疗途径。Objective To explore the clinical effect of super-selective renal artery embolization in the treatment of renal hemorrhage.Methods Thirty patients with renal hemorrhage who underwent percutaneous renal arteriography and embolization in Yingde people's Hospital of Guangdong Province from April 2015 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The renal artery branches were embolized with coil or coil combinded with gelatin(or PVA).Results All of the patients received satisfactory results,and no serious complications.and the patient was followed up for 15 days.Conclusion Renal artery embolization can not only control bleeding quickly and preserve the patient's renal function,but also can be treated repeatedly,even save lives.It provides a safe and efficient treatment for patients with Renal hemorrhage.
