摘  要:为了改善小汽机排汽缸的气动性能,减少流动损失等问题,通过采用二次回归正交试验优化了蜗壳的结构参数,获得最优的蜗壳结构,并分析3种不同的导流方案对排汽缸流场及性能的影响。结果表明:在扩压管等结构不变的情况下,对排汽缸蜗壳进行优化可明显提高排汽缸的气动性能,改善流场情况;不同导流挡板安装方式对排汽缸气动特性影响不同,与无挡板情况相比,下游段安装导流挡板后排汽缸的压力损失加大,方案2导流挡板布置方式的出口流场更加均匀。In order to improve the aerodynamic performance of the BFPT exhaust hood and reduce flow losses,the structural parameters of the worm shell were optimized by using quadratic regression orthogonal tests to obtain the optimum worm shell structure.This paper analyzed the effect of three different flow guidance schemes on the flow field and performance of the exhaust cylinder.The results show that,with no change in the structure of the diffuser,the optimization of the exhaust hood worm shell can significantly improve the aerodynamic performance of the exhaust hood and the flow field;different baffle installation methods have different effects on the aerodynamic characteristics of the exhaust hood,and the pressure loss of the exhaust hood increases after the installation of baffles in the downstream section compared with the case without baffles.
