摘 要:近年来,中国对煤矿资源的需求量不断增大,既给采矿行业带来了发展机遇,同时又面临许多严峻挑战。采矿生产中,经常会出现因煤矿皮带机安装与维护工作不规范引发故障无法开展工作的情况。鉴于此,基于皮带机的主要结构和工作原理,阐述了煤矿皮带机的安装工艺流程、关键技术要求,以及皮带机的日常维护,以期能够进一步提升皮带机的运输水平。In recent years,China's increasing demand for coal resources has not only brought development opportunities to the mining industry,but also faced many severe challenges.In mining production,there are often failures caused by non-standard installation and maintenance of coal mine belt conveyor.In view of this,based on the main structure and working principle of the belt conveyor,this paper expounded the installation process and key technical requirements of the coal mine belt conveyor,and the daily maintenance of the belt conveyor,in order to further improve the transportation level of the belt conveyor.
