摘  要:针对采煤机机载瓦斯断电仪在设计上只能断开采煤机的供电,不能停止工作面刮板输送机的运转,通过与综采工作面通讯控制一体化系统的联控,使问题得到解决。该项技术不受刮板输送机上级控制开关类型所限,直接作用于工作面通讯联络系统,施工工艺简单,投入较少,社会效益显著,具有推广应用价值。In this paper,aiming at the shearer airborne gas power-off instrument,the design can only cut off the power supply of the shearer,and can not stop the operation of the scraper conveyor in the working face.Through the joint control with the integrated communication and control system of the fully mechanized mining face,the problem can be solved.This technology is not limited by the upper control switch type of the scraper conveyor,and directly acts on the communication system of the working face.The construction process is simple,the investment is less,and the social benefit is remarkable.It has the value of popularization and application.
