摘　　要：肩袖是由冈上肌、冈下肌、肩胛下肌、小圆肌的肌腱组成的包绕在肱骨头周围的一组肌腱复合体,不仅能够维持肩关节旋内、旋外和上举活动,且对维持肩关节的稳定和活动具有极其重要的作用。肩袖损伤的机制可能与肩关节缺血退行性病变、肩峰反复撞击、异常生物力学因素有关。在治疗上可分为保守治疗和手术治疗。近年来肩袖损伤治疗方法多样,使得医生和患者有更多治疗选择。本文总结近5年来肩袖损伤的临床治疗并进行综述,以期为其临床治疗提供依据。The rotator cuff is a group of tendon complexes around the humeral head,which is composed of the tendons of supraspinatus muscle,infraspinatus muscle,subscapularis muscle and teres minor muscle.It can not only maintain the pronation,supination and lifting activities of the shoulder joint,but also play an extremely important role in maintaining the stability and activity of the shoulder joint.The mechanism of rotator cuff injury may be related to ischemic degenerative lesions of shoulder joint,repeated impingement of acromion and abnormal biomechanical factors.The treatment can be divided into conservative treatment and surgical treatment.In recent years,there are various treatment methods for rotator cuff injury,which makes doctors and patients have more treatment options.This paper summarizes the clinical treatment of rotator cuff injury in recent 5 years,in order to provide basis for its clinical treatment.
